Tuition Assistance Program
Employees are encouraged to enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities through formal education. If you are a regular full-time (30+ hours/week) employee, you are eligible to apply for Tuition Reimbursement. Serco is excited to announce that effective January 1, 2023, there is no minimum worked day requirement to take advantage of this benefit; employees may access this benefit starting from their effective date of hire. The maximum reimbursable amount is $5,250 per calendar year.
